Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Operations Business Analyst

Your Role and Responsibilities :
Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily interpreted.

Using statistical tools like SPSS, Python etc to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for descriptive analytics.

Hypothesis validation using big data visualization tools like Tableau
Preparing reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Collaborating with programmers, automation team and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, and develop policies for data governance.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
6 Months to 2 years of Work experience in an IT firm
Basic Programming & Software Development Life Cycle Concepts
Basic Introduction to Agile
Exposure to Data analysis tools like SPSS, Python etc
Big Data visualization capability using Tableau.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
