Honeywell Building Solutions, India is looking for a Sr Finance Analyst – FP&A to work closely with Business and Finance leadership.

This position will play a key support role to Regional Finance Leader & LOB Finance Leaders in providing overall insight into Financial & Business performance.

Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for all FP&A Matters of HBS business of India ensuring robust analysis and overview to Mgmt on Financials performance on a weekly / monthly and quarterly basis.

The role will support the overall STRAP / AOP process and ensure that solid midterm and short range outlooks are provided with robust and clear KPI’s to assess business performance.

This role will also closely partner with the other business functions viz; Marketing, Sales, Engineering, ISC, HR, Commercial Excellence etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure solid weekly / monthly analysis of all major business KPI’s from an overall LOB / SBU perspective incl.

all P&L / WC and Cash metrics with in-depth analysis on major variance drivers in a standard and robust format.
