Expertise in Informatica MDM Eight years of overall experience and minimum 5 years of Informatica MDM experience

Experience in MDM production support Hands-on in MDM Hub console and IDD Handling of web services, Monitoring and managing Batch processes Knowledge on the data models provided by Informatica Good knowledge on SQL

Knowledge on data quality processes, IDQ, PowerCenter is desired Good to have knowledge on scheduling tools like Autosys and Unix scriptingRoles and Responsibilities

Responsible for production support and manage the SLA bound deliverables Communication with the business users and other stakeholders

Adherence to the defined service level agreements Lead from the front to coordinate with different teams like System admins, Application admins, Network teams and DBAs to resolve the high priority issues and to work on RCAs

Responsible for working with Informatica product support on product bugs and resolution Flexible to work in rotational shifts Take ownership on Troubleshooting and performance tuning Responsible for weekly status reporting

Need to handle the enhancement requests Plan and execute the knowledge transition of new applications onboarded into production
