As Sr Business Systems Analyst, you are part of a cross functional team with the responsibility to implement SFDC field service platform.

The role includes supporting enhancements and rapid deployments for operational enhancements.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating and managing activities across HBT IT, HBT business, and Honeywell stakeholders as it pertains to the execution of sales productivity technology programs.

This includes understanding business needs, performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of capabilities/processes, and implementing of tactical and strategic programs
Demonstrating solid understanding of critical business issues and requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
Partnering with Field Service Business Product owners to understand current business process and help document business requirements regarding process changes, global enhancements, Rapid deployment requests and updates on global HBT activities
Managing the implementation of key deliverables as assigned such as functional dis
