Job Summary:-
2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
Amazon Textract (https://aws.amazon.com/textract/) goes beyond simple OCR to extract complex structures like tables, key-value pairs, and other shapes of structured data from a document using deep learning techniques.
We are looking for a senior engineer to provide leadership for a new ambitious undertaking to build a text processing engine which can cater to multiple products & business verticals at a “massive” scale! As a senior technical leader on the team you will have an opportunity to influence the technical direction of a rapidly growing engineering organization which is in early stages of product lifecycle.
This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, excellent leadership and communication skills.

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Practical experience with software engineering best-practices and a strong desire to create quality solutions and designs.
Experience in design and implementation of large scale, distributed, high performance, and high availability systems.
Academic and/or industry experience with one of more of the following: Computer Vision, Image Recognition, Machine Learning.
Experience working with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, EC2).
