Summary
As a Senior Reporting Analyst, the successful candidate will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports.
Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintaining databases/data analysis systems.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
Succeeding as a Senior Reporting Analyst, will require the following core qualifications and skills
Strong knowledge of and experience with VBA & SQL.
Experience should include: Avaya CMS, MS Office, Power BI, COGNOS, SQL Server, ETL (SSIS or Informatica)
Superior analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work as an individual and be an excellent teammate.
Project Management skills and ability to lead reporting projects
