Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Analytics lead on client projects responsible for data science application development and its productionization.
Works with junior team members and cross functional team.
Takes responsibility for requirements gathering, solution design, development, and developing a production level data science solution
Develop implementation guidelines, quality control procedures, and documentation for projects.
Ensures adherence of the best practices in the project
Guide team members on project work and take responsibility for the analytics deliverables
Take initiatives to drive data science initiatives like training to the team, conduct proof-of-concept work to test new data science algorithms or features with support of data science leadership
Required Skills and Experience :
Must have Skills:0.5-1 year of experience of leading machine learning or forecasting projects to meet the customers business requirement
5-6 years of project experience using machine learning techniques (like Decision Trees, Gradient Boosting, Random Forest, and Neural Networks) or forecasting techniques (ESM, ARIMA, ARIMAX, UCM)
Advance level skills in Python and SQL to work on large scale data (billions of rows)
Expertise and ability to train team m
