Responsibilities:

• Extract, load and transform data (ETL) from structured and unstructured sources
• Data operations related to Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Time Series
• Create and fine-tune machine learning and statistical models
• Work with public cloud provider and their related technologies for machine learning, cognitive services e.g. (AWS Sage maker, Azure cognitive services etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proactive in managing issues and problems, comfortable with ambiguity
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning and apply same for use cases within pipeline
• Learn and master new technologies and techniques and upskill junior resources

Mandatory Skills:

• ·       Knowledge of Python and related libraries (Numpy, pandas, Scikit, Tensorflow, Keras, pytorch etc.)
• ·       Good knowledge of statistics, scientific method, data collection and cleaning
• ·       Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression and clustering analysis neural networks, CNN’s, RNN’s, etc.
• ·       Hands on knowledge in data mining and statistical analysis
• ·       Experience with all or one of the cognitive technologies like – Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Time series etc.
• ·       Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI D3.js, GGplot, etc.
• ·       Experience on deep learning, NLP, or big data analytics tools (e.g., Apache Spark)
• ·       Experience with AWS Sage maker, Azure Cognitive services
• ·       Experience and hands on knowledge on UNIX
• ·       Maintain a corporate repository of all data architecture artifacts and procedures
• ·       Self-accountable for ensuring that results are achieved; demonstrate a strong orientation towards achievement; deliver work in a timely matter with minimal errors and guidance
• ·       Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills
• ·       Ability to work well under pressure and act in utmost confidentiality with sensitive information
• ·       Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
• ·       Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

Qualifications:

• ·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields with 1-3 years of related experience
• ·       Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields and 2 years of related experience
