What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Business Intelligence Advisor, you will be the subject matter specialist and collaborator acting as the key developer and point of contact for the Infrastructure Solutions Group transformation business.

You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support end users to determine information requirements.

You will:
Assist with testing of new features during UAT phase as well as at time of deployment
Understand upstream and downstream business processes and tools
Ensure smooth reporting transition from legacy CSS to standard BMS solutions
Proactively notify Sales and SSP teams regarding system downtimes and upgrades
