About the Role:

As a Senior RPA Business Analyst you’ll lead the analysis of business processes, identify automation opportunities, define RPA value proposition, reengineer process to improve automation potential and recommend RPA approach/strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Lead process discovery session to support teams in identifying processes that are fit for automation

  • Work with Service line leads and/or delivery leads to create and execute a robust RPA functional strategy
  • Develops Detailed As Is Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document), Detail To Be Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document), here we refer SDaRS(Solution Design and Robot Specification)
  • Conduct RPA High & Low-Level Assessments, Automation Risk Mitigation
  • Works with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
  • Facilitate sessions with business teams to identify feasible processes to automate.
  • Lead and mentor less experienced analyst in effectively analyzing business processes and eliciting business requirements and needs.
  • Provides continuous updates to RPA stakeholders and Project Manager during project delivery
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of RPA and its capabilities, and you form the bridge between the business and your team of testers and developers during successful automation projects
  • Understand SDLC and collaborate with various stakeholders during the entire automation journey (process identification, process selection, process prioritization, development, support)
  • “Roll Up Your Sleeve”: Lead UAT, Track & Triage Functional and SQA Gaps

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-6 years as a business analyst for RPA projects
  • Certified Automation Anywhere Business Analyst (Preferred)
  • Experience in Agile development
  • 4+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or other relevant work experience
