As a Product Manager/Analyst, you will always put the customer first and have the mentality of act now and iterate.
You will be part of engineering teams to build innovative cloud-native products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment.
Core Functions:
Quality analysis: Look after the product implementation, making sure the delivery quality.
Customer interaction: Understand customer need for product implementation and act as an interface between the technical delivery team and business team.
Quick learner to talk both the techno-functional languages.
Requirement understanding and elicitation: Understanding, capturing, and eliciting the requirement and love to own the process from defining to delivery.
Good presentation and Stakeholder management can make this job lot easier.
Process-orientation: Have a methodical approach to work and achieving results.
The key is to set the expectations and manage them to achieve team success.
Must have:
Robust experience in Requirement gathering to bridge the gap between Development team and Business team during product implementation
Proven experience in Testing – Manual testing/ Automation
Exposure driving UAT along with business
Agile approach
Experience with either JIRA or Azure DevOps
Qualification:
Pro communicator who understands the importance of communication well while working in fast pace environment
4 to 7 years of overall experience
2+ Years of proven experience as QA
Smart thinking and Attention to detail
