Job Summary:-
Job Overview
Client Query Resolution and Data Validation using statistical techniques and other methods
Essential FunctionsConducting data analysis for client queries and presenting with tables and graphs.

Suggesting an action plan for validation improvement as applicable and ensure implementation of the same.

Co-ordinating with Sales Team/Client Service Team for facilitating communication & quick resolution of issues.

Attending internal and external client meetings and telecon (as applicable).

Proactively working on data quality issues.

Monthly QC support for the validation labs of companies.

Providing insights based on Validation issues for QC development & Census improvement
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent ReqOne (1) year work experience in which PC literacy skills including Word and Excel have been gained.

Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.

Basic knowledge of administrative and technical procedures.

Should have hands on experience in executing Data Analytics projects.

Pharma/ Hospital/ Insurance related knowledge can also be considered.
