Job Summary:-
Job purpose:
The Operation process improvement analyst is responsible to drive improvement in his designated area (such as reporting, operation tools (Argo, RPP/MP3, OEE, Opex, Fiori, maintenance, …)
Ensure data accuracy of the operation systems and collection methods ( Argo, RPP/MP3, OEE, Opex, Fiori,.).

Write training material and procedure to use the systems, and perform training to key user in the plants.

Proactivity propose improvement of the systems and the processes, by mapping the current process, reduce waste and increase value added
Analyze data from various manufacturing systems, infer insight, report out
Coordinate with multiple sites and collect necessary info,
Apply basic 6 sigma tools in analyzing and solving problems.

Share across sites
Support the GEM operation functional deployment, define standards processes
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s Degree
Green belt certified
5 years experience in similar role
WE VALUE
Good IT skill, able to write specification requirement for an IT specialist to develop a program.

Familar with PowerBI,SQL, Excel
Demonstrated experience in process improvement – working knowledge of 6 sigma tools
Able to understand basic manufacturing process, basic statistics , preferably Mechanical engineering background
Good communication skill ( English ) , Ability to articulate key messages, story line in a presentation deck
