In this role, we are looking for someone to be our dedicated point of contact for all People reporting needs, provide day to day support in compiling and visualizing HR company data.

This person will serve as the reporting SME and advisor within our People Organization team.

You will design, develop, maintain, and deliver executive level dashboards and metrics, scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries that meet the business needs of stakeholders and support all areas of people services.

Responsibilities:
Build and own management reporting processes and procedures to help drive initiatives within recruiting, learning, performance management, compensation and payroll, and other people reporting functions.

Drive the organization towards a self-service model by automating and streamlining the delivery of reports and dashboards.

Train and educate others (both clients and team) on the methods and value coming out of delivered reports.

Work closely with clients inside and outside of people services to understand reporting and dashboard requirements through the lens of trying to help solve business problems.

Maintain strong business relationships with key partners to resolve data and reporting challenges.

Understand customer requirements for new report requests and follow on standard approaches to report development.

Contribute to the successful delivery of projects through leading efforts in project management, UAT, training and deployment focused activities.

May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Requirements/Proficiencies:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred
5+ years of related experience including the following:
Extensive people reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage
