Overview:
At Guidehouse, the MIS Analyst is someone who demonstrates digital expertise with an emphasis on synthesize data and research trends from a variety of sources to develop strategic insights that will become the foundation of different Consulting programs across multiple domains viz Public Sector, Energy, Healthcare.
The MIS Analyst will collect, streamline, and standardize data; conduct internal data analysis to help Subject Matter Experts; and improve performance across different programs through automation initiatives.
In addition, this person will be responsible for doing custom research based on client queries.
As such the Analyst should have a strong business acumen and the ability to leverage a wide array of data collection and analysis techniques to develop innovative recommendations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about different data collection approaches, interpreting data, providing thought leadership/insights, and making recommendations in line with business goals.
Responsibilities:
Understand high level client requirements, elaborate to details, work with the team to define solution and provide recommendations back to the customer based on qualitative / quantitative research
Will be responsible for transcribing and reporting the information collected into client ready formats, as required
Perform internal data analysis and data quality checks.
Analyze results, interpret, and communicate things to the business
Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes
Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
Timeline and accuracy of output to be maintained all the time
