Job Summary:-
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage master data classifications for Products and Customers using the EBX MDM tool

Ensure master data integrity in EBX as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality

Ensure data quality in EBX

Assists in resolving data quality problems

Identify areas for data quality improvements

Coordinate with users from AMERA & Regions on all the MDM topics

Organize EBX training sessions for users

Assists in all projects & tasks involving the evolution of MDM Systems (EBX, Mandrake)
Profile Required:
Graduate degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Proven working experience in creating & classifying products, at least three years is appreciated

Strong knowledge of Essilor Products & their attributes

Familiarity working with AMERA master data systems like Mandrake

Substantial experience in data analysis and reporting

Basic knowledge in Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot table, etc.

Proficiency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
