Job Description Summary: The PayPal Customer Success Organization is looking for a Strong Machine learning Engineer to join its Customer Self Service Solutions team .
This team is responsible for design and develop self service solutions to provide assistance that enables the customers to successfully use PayPal products .
We are a strategic part of the PayPal business plan to enable operational efficiencies and revenue enablement through sefservice opportunities through chatbot, Voice, Contextual Help and NLP Management.
As a member of this team, you will assist us in building the world class Self service solutions by leveraging PayPal Platforms/products.
