JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsibilities of ‘DART – Logistics Analyst 1’ may include, but are not limited to:

• Review and resolve facility ASN requests / issues
• Collaborate with DART internal teams to resolve ASN grief
• Track, analyze and resolve Misdirected ASNs from suppliers
• Coordinate with suppliers to improve shipping label Conformance and Accuracy
• Coordinate and resolve ASN/IDoc escalations from DART grief team

POSITION IMPACTS:

Incumbent is responsible to contribute in achieving the enterprise EDI ASN & SP20 label standard goals for global facilities in order to improve their receiving efficiency.

BACKGROUND /EXPERIENCE :

• College or university degree in Commerce/Science/Engineering background
• 3-5 years of work experience in Supply Chain / Logistics / Warehouse inbound functions
• Experience with statistical analysis using MS Excel (create/edit pivot tables, v-lookups, etc., and interpret results)
• Effective oral and written communications skills required to collaborate with a wide variety of teams to achieve project deliverables
• Must be willing to work in night shift

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferable to have familiarity with Athena and Tableau applications
• Preferable to have working experience with multiple ERP systems like SAP, Mainframe, etc.
• Must have excellent analytical, complex problem-solving abilities
• Must have a strong customer focus and teamwork
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task various responsibilities
• Independently work on issue resolution and enhancements to existing solutions
