Job Purpose
The KPI Reporting Analyst reports into the KPI Reporting Manager, and is part of a global and multicultural team of analysts operating from various locations.
His/her role is to support the
Global Business Services (GBS) organization with the reporting and analysis of the operational KPIs and metrics.
More specifically, the Analyst will take an active role in the maintenance and update of the operational KPI dashboard, notably during month end close, which will allow him/her to perform
KPI analyses.
The operational KPI dashboard being central to the monitoring of the service delivery performance of the GBS organization, the Analyst plays a key role being business
partner to support various stakeholders such as GPDL, GPA, GPO, CI Managers/Experts or Tower Leads.
His/her analyses will cast light into the performance of the organization, highlighting root causes to poor performance and areas of improvement and quantifying missed opportunities.
His/her purpose is to bring transparency as much as possible regarding the quality of the GBS services.
