Job Responsibilities:

Data Science/Data Analysis
    Undertake pre-processing of structured and unstructured data
    Cleaning and validating the data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity
    Analyze large amounts of data to discover trends and patterns
    Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms (Clustering, Regression, Classification, Time Series, Simulation, Optimization)
    Present results using data visualization techniques in a professional, concise and readable format appropriate for content and audience.
    Research and prepare statistical reports using data from multiple systems and internal surveys. Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making
    Identify and reconcile errors in data to ensure the accuracy of the data before publishing the KPI to stakeholders
    Accountable for providing detailed analysis for set of Key Performance Indicators.

Continuous Improvement
    Process Improvement / Excellence (definition, governance, improvement)
    Maintain, administer, and support users on continuous improvement with applications, reports and analytics.
    Develop strategic recommendations for new solution development to continuously improve upon the customer experience, meet new needs and objectives, and fill feature/function gaps
    Analyze areas of success and identify gaps where additional functions or improvements can be made within reporting and analytics

Project Delivery
    Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solution.
    Own on-time, accurate, quality analysis and reports/visualizations in tight alignment with specified project objectives.
    Provide on-the-job coaching and knowledge sharing to more junior staff when appropriate.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time constraints.

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical modelling, including a demonstrated high-level of proficiency in applying data science techniques to solving enterprise problems.
• 3+ years of experience performing significant Report Development and Data Analysis
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and in configuring, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools (Business Objects, Power BI, Ploty, etc.)
• 6-8+ years of industry experience in data analysis. Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadline
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals of statistics, machine learning and artificial intelligence using both structured and unstructured data sets.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL, data modelling, and working with “Big Data”.
• Experience in CRM tools. Experience in Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Good knowledge on any one of these data analytics tools: R, Python, Alteryx etc.
• Exceptional analytical skills; the ability to see patterns and trend in an unstructured data, analysing data with strong statistical, quantitative modelling, and forecasting skills
• Clear communicator who can summarize, write, speak and present confidently to a diverse audience, including senior management – operating as an internal consultant and thought partner.
• Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with regional and global team members.
