Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an experienced Human Resource (HR) Analyst who will collect, compile, analyze and report on HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to key HR KPIs, trends and forecasts.
Key competencies include data analysis, business acumen, relationship management, HR expertise, communication, and HR systems.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS), Finance and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, competitorsÂ’ practices, and other sources.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, etc.
Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for activities to improve the organizational issues.
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to HR Business partners, and senior leadership.
Assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
