In this role, you will work with customers to establish incentive models, key performance indicators, and workflows to support their internal strategies.

You will work with large sets of data and generate leadership-focused reports to help stakeholders make data-informed decisions.

The ability to support multiple stakeholders to proactively troubleshoot issues and drive key interventions informed by data trends, forecasts, and inferences in a fast-moving environment is critical to success in this position.

Responsibilities:
Designing incentive models supporting customer-specific strategies
Generate reports for leadership highlighting customer-specific KPIs, risks, and dependencies.

Be able to defend and provide detailed analytical support for the statistics used
Quantify business problems, and work with technical and product teams to scope and deliver products
Dive deep in customer strategies to form quantitative reports for further evaluation and process improvement opportunities
Devise tests and analyze results to optimize future events to meet customer success goals
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics or related discipline
Experience with trend analysis, forecasting, and causal inference
Ability to model complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
Fluent knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, Redshift)
Experienced with using Python for model development
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Advanced technical or business degree (MS)
Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
Experience with Spark
