The Red Hat Global Services Operations team is looking for a Data Analytics Analyst to support the Global Services Consulting team.

In this role, you will focus on supporting operational data insights and analysis, data exploration, data hygiene, and visualization.

You will work with Training and Services Operations leadership as well as other Red Hat teams across the globe.

You’ll play an important role in supporting senior leadership of Red Hat as you ensure that data in services-led, and services-reliant, systems are accurate, set up to optimize visualization and operational reports, and provide insight to the Training and Services business leaders.

You will need to have great communication and analytical skills as well as skillful approach to collaboration and business partnering.

You will work to become a domain expert for consulting services data and analytics alongside operational counterparts.

Successful applicants must reside in a country where Red Hat is registered to do business.

Primary job responsibilities:
Design scalable analytics-based reports and solutions for evolving consulting business challenges
Manage end-to-end development, including requirements gathering, data collection, feature engineering, testing and validation, and implementation and delivery
Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, leading individual projects and collaborating on cross-functional team projects
Implement robust solutions that provide training services insight dealing with resource utilization, producing or offering performance, profit maximization, and key business trends
Develop an understanding of the training business to help identify key reporting and modeling activities built towards transforming tr
