Responsibilities:

• Work extensively with inventory forecasting software to identify and track product trends and life cycles (current and future product demands)
• Analyze a wide range of data, trends, historical demand, customer input, and supplier constraints to optimize replenishment cycle and mix
• Design metrics and prepare analysis reports to come up with actionable items
• Work in a team environment to help create and place stocking orders based on forecasts
• Continuously analyze numerous data points to maximize return on investment
• Analyze, identify, and implement opportunities for process improvement
• Incorporate outside knowledge and information not seen strictly in the numbers to improve forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field
• Ability to think strategically and review, process, and analyze large volumes of data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Statistical analysis, data manipulation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team
• Demonstrates an eagerness to learn, while comfortable asking questions and applying feedback
