Job description:

Learning and working with Financial Performance Management (FPM) tools like IBM Planning Analytics for enabling corporate planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support
• Assist in reporting on financial performance and prepare for regular client leadership reviews
• Aid accounting team in ensuring accurate financial reporting and decision support
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models

6 months of training followed by full-time position offer as a Financial Analyst.

Education: B.Com (Hons.) / MBA Finance (2017, 2018 pass-outs)

• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong quantitative, analytical and data gathering skills
