Job Summary:-
The Enterprise Business Planning Digital Transformation initiative at HP will deliver connected and automated planning and forecasting, leveraging real-time data and enabling collaboration across businesses, functions, and operations.

We are moving away from disconnected spreadsheets and slides.

Selected candidate Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.

Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.

May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.

Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.

Ability to handle most unique situations.

May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.

Responsibilities:
Understand HP’s various metrics and measures that are significant to the management and are tracked regularly.

Manage forecast / planning processes and assist questions from users of forecast modules in Anaplan
Work with various Product managers, Forecasters, Program managers and Category managers on analytical requests to solve problems
Lead the operational aspects of the solutions and ensure 100% on time delivery and 0% quality/integrity issues
Work with various IT teams that own the data to highlight issues with quality of the data.

Understand the intricacies of data flow “from” and differences “b/w” various databases within HP Define and implement new processes, tools, and technology requirements to drive continuous improvement of reporting and analytics.
