About the Role:

• Conduct data analysis and ML modeling to extract insights and improve customer experience.
• Analyze user journey and product funnel to optimize user experience with McAfee products.
• Assists business with casual inferences & observations with finding patterns relationships in data.
• Work with experimentation data scientists to design and execute A/B testing.
• Isolate, identify and communicate data issues and own data quality for the analyses and reports produced.
• Monitor and analyze data reports/dashboards/pipelines and do RCA & troubleshooting of issues that arise.

About you:

• 3+ years of industry experience in data science and analytics.
• Self-motivated, responsible, collaborative, and accountable.
• Experience with causal inference methods, such as difference in difference, matching, regression discontinuity designs, instrumental variables, including an understanding of different treatment effects.
• Experience with the design and analysis of A/B testing.
• Experience applying ML in product use cases.
• Ability to develop confidently in SQL and Python.
• Previous product analytics experience where telemetry data was used to understand how customers interacted with a product or service, which features were most used, and what experiences led to customer friction or trouble.
