ü Sound knowledge of Probability & Statistics.

ü Concepts of Statistics (Inferential and Descriptive)

ü In-depth understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) / Recommender Systems

ü Strong in Python\R programming exp. is must.

ü Excellent knowledge of predictive techniques such as Time Series Analysis, Tree based Algorithms and Generalized Linear Models (GLM) etc.

ü Prior exp. In Cluster Analysis / Segmentation.

ü Sound knowledge of Neural Networks (Deep Learning)

ü Write complex SQL queries to perform data extraction from various data sources

ü Excellent understanding of Visualization (Using Python\R libraries, Tableau)

Must-Have

• Concepts of Statistics & Probability.
• Cluster Analysis and Segmentation.
• Hands on experience in NLP / Recommender Systems
• Hands on Exp. in Deep Learning techniques.
• Hands on exp. In Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Optimization, Hyperparameter tuning techniques.
• Knowledge of NLP for regional Indian languages.
• Strong programming exp. In Python / R.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Validate the model results, Monitor model performance, and articulate the insights to the business team.
• Education Background such as Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, and applied Stats from IITs, ISI, DU etc.

Good-to-Have

• Data Extraction from EDW/Big Data Platform, Dataset Preparation (creation of base data, aggregation, transformation), performing EDA.
• Ability to create good visualization with the output generated from the model.
• Write complex SQL queries to perform data extraction from various data sources.
• Prepare consumable presentations with actionable insights for data driven decision making and Presenting the storyline to stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile Framework, DevOps.
• Knowledge of multidimensional models, Deep Learning Concepts, Big Data Concepts, Non textual Media Analytics.
