• Lead and manage the team of Data Scientists ensuring good level of engagement for his team.
• Lead the team aligning data products with business goals
• Ensure achievement of deliverables of the world wide projects of his steam, interacting with Data Driven Initiatives, projects and Teams world-wide.
• Contribute the World Wide road map of Data Science tools & methods with Fellows and managers in other zones, supporting the Group ambitions of Data Driven Engineering.
• Mentor the team members on Advance models & concepts on Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Image Processing, Signal Processing, Data wrangling, Data cleaning and prep, Dimensionality Reduction & Applied Statistics & Mathematics
• Explore Innovation through new AI models and techniques,,
• Supervise stringent quality assurance and documentation standards using version control and code repositories (e.g., Git)
• Lead and guide his teammates, understanding their aspirations.
• Create road maps with other managers in the Group for career paths of Data Scientists, meeting their expectations for career growth expectations,
• Ensure and maintain good work life balance of his team mates.
