what will you do:
derive answers to complex questions through analyzing big data, employing statistical techniques
collaborate with data science team to help improve ML models through monitoring and analysis
do deep analyses to discover data quality issues, data gaps, work with engineering and product teams to drive fix
visualize and communicate insights to data science and product team and drive operational decisions based on the same
you should apply If you have:
proficiency in Python.
experience in data mining large data sets, high proficiency in SQL.
good knowledge of intermediate statistics and basic data science concepts.
experience in hadoop, hive, HDFS, spark, AWS redshift, presto, and other distributed processing systems preferred.
experience with tableau or similar tools.
excellent analytical skills.
can do attitude, a lot of curiosity, eagerness and ability to learn about the data science process and gradually expand skill set and ownership.
good to have:
experience with analysing unstructured data
