KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the analytics team members to collect and analyze data.
• Structure, and develop data pipelines to find usable information.
• Create and maintain large datasets for analysis.
• Assist with data architecture and structure.
• Build data models to track marketing, sales, coaching, and product performance.
• Process, visualize, and present data, recommendations, and findings.
• Interpret data, and analyze results using statistical models and techniques.
• Help establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports for internal teams to track leading metrics.
• Providing data analyses and trend modeling to optimize our product and systems.
• Work with executives and internal teams to generate data-driven insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree and experience working in data or related field (e.g. Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Econometrics)
• Proven analytical and quantitative ability and experience.
• Relevant software and systems knowledge (proficiency in SQL)
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Quicksight, Tableau, etc.)
• Passion for learning, upskilling, and engaging with new ideas.
