Job Summary:-
Overview:

This position is part of the Product Operations and Strategy team and will be responsible for helping drive K12 product segmentation; building, analyzing, and presenting product performance metrics; working with product leaders on various product performance projects; and assisting with other adhoc projects.

This role is part of the global product management function at PowerSchool.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities
Assist with ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily product operations
Design and interpret key performance metrics.

Deliver insights & recommendations
Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives
Analyze competitive intelligence and pricing to improve product performance
Support strategic initiatives
Assist in troubleshooting operational issues as they surface; propose changes to systems/ processes to fix root causes
Prepare analysis and recommendations for strategic decision making
Assist with adhoc project management
Qualifications:

Essential skills:
Good with data (collection, analysis, insights, presentation)
Good with the tech needed to work with data
Good with understanding business needs and connecting data dots to help drive business decisions and growth
Requirements:
1+ years of relevant work experience
Valuable work experience focused on quantitative analysis, Excel, and logical reasoning
Specialization in data science and/or an MBA preferred
Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Exceptional problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions
Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations
Work experience in consulting, finance, or product management is a plus
Experience with SQL, Domo, Tableau, R, Python and/or Business Objects (or similar analytical packages) a plus
Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Aha! a plus
Experience with building presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus
