• Solid ability to visualize data that tell a story and communicate relevant points of the analysis clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences
• Ability to lead initiatives across teams and communicate findings with leadership to move insights into recommended actions.
• Ability to query and display large data sets while enhancing the performance of the workbook.
• A solid grasp of SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, and normalization
• High technical proficiency in common analytics & reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets / Excel)
• Ability to manipulate large data sets with various dimensions and complexity
• Solid understanding of Tableau administrator/architecture.
• Demonstrable understanding of approaches to measurement, data analysis, and statistics.

• 2 + years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, and data visualisation.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and working Tableau-driven dashboards, and analytics.
