Basic Function
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing healthcare information technology business in the position focusing on data analytics and reporting.

Reporting to the Clinical Effectiveness, Customer Data Management’s Principal Application and Product Architect, you will play an important role in all aspects of Data Analytics and Reporting using Power BI as our reporting tool.

The Data Analysis and Report Developer will be responsible for analyzing data, developing reporting requirements, and developing reports from complex use cases.

This is a tremendous opportunity for someone with a passion for Data Analytics and Reporting to help transform the Customer Data Management area of a leading healthcare information technology company.

Essential Duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing the data in a format that can be easily read and understood by our business owners.

Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.

Demonstrating the significance of their work in the context of local, national, and global trends that impact both their organization and industry.

Designing, developing, and deploying reports in Power BI for the business users that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data that meet their use case requirements.

Collaborating with current team members, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, and recommend system modifications.
