Job Role:
CVM Manager Role is to support Channel through Channel analytics for Consumer Bank portfolio.
Key responsibilities involve driving Zonal/Regional campaigns and Pan bank initiatives on portfolio quality.
Job Requirements:
Initiate, drive, support Regional Campaigns by liaising with Product Team, Analytics, and Campaign Managers to understand the Regional/Zonal Campaign requirements and help to launch the Channel Campaigns & regular campaign updates.
The overall objective is to contribute channel topline numbers.
Tracking Portfolio Quality through Quality Dashboards, driving Customer coverage through RO/RMs with respect to Product Cross Sell, Service Activations and Digital adoption.
Liaising with respective internal data support team/s and publish dashboard/s product wise and MIS & analytical support to channel.

Proficient in Advance MS Excel , MS Access, PPT, SQL or SAS system (Optional but Preference)
