The Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Compliance organization of JPMorgan Chase & Co is seeking a business management professional to join the firm across CIB and Surveillance lines of business.
CIB Business Management (Analyst) – The successful candidate will be able to work on behalf of the senior executive team to help manage change, meet organizational objectives and translate the strategic vision to partners, stakeholders and employees across a variety of organizational disciplines .
Activities include but are not limited to managing and maintaining the firmwide record retention and business resiliency programs, development and maintenance of business efficiency technical tools, general knowledge of the function and employee makeup of all sub LOBs and communications.
Skills & Responsibilities:Organizing large groups to produce requirements of the Chief Administrative Office.
Data analysis and visualization utilizing MS Office Suite – SharePoint, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and VBA as well as Visualization tools such as Qlikview/Qliksense or Tableau, Alteryx, etc.
Systems testing
Reference data integrity and maintenance
Management of budget approval and tracking
Management of firmwide business resiliency requirements
Management of firmwide record retention requirements
Ability to collaborate and communicate with others across levels, regions and other lines of business
Ability to perform without defined processes
Ability to navigate the firm to solve wide ranging challenges
Detail oriented, strong organizational and presentation skills
