WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a founding member of BCG’s Business Intelligence and Analytics Hub, you will help kick-start a centralized global financial reporting and analytics service team.

This hub will greatly enhance how our management engage in information required to manage the business.

To date, the team has finalized the design of the hub and is in the process of the operationalization.

Our management is fully bought into the vision and we are putting together the best-in-class analytics team to make it happen.

You will be one of the core members to start this hub and contribute to its long-term vision.

The BI&A Hub expert will serve as the knowledge expert for specific content area(s) and lead a team of analysts to execute analysis work related to financial reporting and analytics needs.

The expert will be responsible for training and developing the team of analysts, while setting standards and best practices for quality of the reporting and analytics.

The expert will also spend significant time acting as a liaison to the finance business partners and leadership teams across the globe.

YOU’RE GOOD AT
