Group Business Assurance (GBA) operates as a Business Assurance and Risk Mitigation unit, assuring the end to end (E2E) service delivery, accuracy of supplier and customer charging whilst giving insight and consultancy to the Global Customer Facing Unit (CFU)Business on improvements and optimisation opportunities.
Utilises industry knowledge and best practice, understanding of customer and vendor life-cycle commercial management to define, develop and execute the GBA strategy for the ongoing assurance of the BT Voice Portfolio of service offerings across BTs global customer operations.
You’ll have the following responsibilities
Supports business engagement across a wide range of functional stakeholders in inputting into and delivering of GBA strategy
Has focused SME knowledge of Voice related products and service delivery and supports assessments, controls, 2nd line control coverage and exception management across all process touch points including switch, mediation, rating and billing.
May own specific opportunities or individual product areas within a wider Portfolio base.
Uses business assurance knowledge to carry out coverage and risk assessments, analytical data capture, design, engagement and controls development.
Identifies key opportunities for improvement and transformation, at both operational and strategic level and supports delivery implementation.
Supports Business Assurance Analysts and/or subcontractors by providing coaching and development around key programmes/projects of work.
