Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a quantitative focus in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of analytical work experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment.
• 2 years of experience managing and coaching a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with thought leadership in applying data-driven insights.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, experimental design, predictive modeling, and Google advertising products.
• Ability to leverage solid executive presence to partner with and influence executive business leaders on a global, cross-functional basis.
• Solid project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication.
