Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Credit Card MarketingIn this role, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to US Based Financial Giant for their Credit Card marketing process.
You will provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems.
You will be responsible to understand the existing DW structure, extract relevant information, process the same as per requirement and generates business insights from the same.
You will be interacting with onshore and internal stakeholders on regular basis to understand & gather business requirement.
Ideal candidate must transform these requirements into meaningful analytical studies and explain cause or future impact.
Study and analyze existing business trends and provide actionable insights to increase balances, reduce attrition and improve cross-sell efforts
Communicate business results/interpretations with various partners in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Credit and IT analytics teams
Support new product launch initiatives, and measure impact of existing and new campaigns to optimize investment and maximize returns
Ability to generate innovative ideas and work on strategic initiatives which would have significant business impact
Leverage internal and external data to understand customer propensities and derive/refine deposits strategy
