Job Description
Business Analyst / Business Architect Domain Lending Origination, Lending, Cards acquisition
6-8 years of working in the Banks.
3+ years of experience on working with Islamic Banking Financing products including Lending, Credit analysis, credit scoring, cards acquisition.
2+ years of experience in client on-boarding and client acquisition journeys for Financing (Lending) products, Cards.
3+ years of Business Analysis experience, requirement elicitation, BRDs, FRDs, Agile way of working, stakeholder management
2+ years of Product development, implementation experience.
Good to have knowledge on Experian Credit decisioning engine.
Good to have knowledge on LOS solutions like Newgen, Experian.
Good to have knowledge on data mapping, migration skills Professional Attributes: ·
Able to communicate effectively.
Must be a good team player.
Ability to work under tight timelines and pressures.
Must be fast learner and show willingness to explore, learn the offerings of the client
Strong Analytical Skills.
Excellent documentation skills BRD, FRD and Use Cases
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent hands-on experience in SQL & doing data mapping.
Should be well versed with BA role and responsibilities, like understanding BRD, FRD writing and Managing E2E implementation.
Strong Communication and excellent Stakeholder management Skills.
