ABOUT THE TEAM:
This position is part of the Realpage Utility Management operation.
The team is responsible for successful resident data integration for accuarate and on time utilty billing.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
As an EDE analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and managing resident data to ensure accurate and on time utility billing.
The analyst is also responsible for providing accurate and on time accounting data at the end of each month.
The analyst is assigned accounts to manage and theyre responsible for all data processes.
The analyst will be the subject matter expert for all the accounts they manage.
This position will report to the Resident Data Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The analyst must be able to clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts with both internal and external customers.
They must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
They must have knowledge of how each property management system operates and the requirements of each system to successfully integrate data.
They must have experience using excel formulas and other excel functions to analyze large sets of data.
They are required to know how to read, write, and modify XML data.
They must have a clear understanding of the different file types used for data integration, ie.
.
TXT, .
CSV, .
XML.
They are required to have basic SQL experience to run and execute queries for research.
They’re not required to write your own SQL queries from scratch but will need to be able to make simple modifications to troubleshoot errors and research data anomalies.
