• Major Responsibilities:

• Monthly MIS reporting (Inventory, Service Equipment, Adhoc requests)
• Maintenance of standard cost master.
• Preparation of monthly performance analysis and report results to management on Supply Chain KPIs.
• Provide oversight and controls for the monthly accounting close process, including appropriate expense accruals plus review of actuals versus plan to ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly financial information.
• Review Free Of Charge products, inventory write offs
• Review monthly departmental expense tracking for actuals vs Plan/Update benchmark to assure compliance with budget.
• Managing and overseeing the division related expenses and coordinating with Finance to ensure timely payments.
• Manage and Support for Audit Requirements – Statutory, Internal, Corporate, SOX & ICFR

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM SKILL, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in any discipline from reputed institute/university

• Professional Accounting qualifications (eg. CA, ACMA, MBA FINANCE, )

• Atleast 4-5 Years of financial analysis / business operations experience preferable.

• Ability to plan, implement, and administer information and control systems.
• Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated  analysis and reporting.
• Highly proficient in Excel.  Experience with SAP .
