JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to work with project teams throughout the project with good technical, analytical, and marketing skills
• Work closely with the end-users to understand and document their business requirements
• To define and document project requirements and present them in a manner that is understandable to technical team members
• To design functional specifications, test plans etc and monitor the work flow to facilitate the development and implementation of technical solutions
• Detailed understanding of our services and other key areas
• End to end business interactions, discussions and follow ups with clients
• Preparation of project proposals and act as a strong information provider for the team
• Building a trust relationships with existing and new clients
• Proper work flow management and precise timing of the deliverables

Desired Profile

• Qualification: MBA specialized in Marketing
• 1+ years of core work experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a technical background
