Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (any branch), and strong academic performance with analytic and quantitative coursework is required
• 4 -5 years of relevant experience
• An MBA/PhD may substitute in lieu of work experience, given the nature & duration of it
• Good work ethic, High motivation, Maturity and Personal Initiative
• Impeccable communication skills
• High Emotional Intelligence, Empathy, Adaptability
• Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
