ABOUT THE POSITION
The Supply Chain Business Analyst is responsible to support Columbia GIS to lead technical aspects of medium to large-scale projects from functional design through implementation for Columbia Sportswear’s global supply chain systems to include ERP, EDI, and any miscellaneous subsystems and interfaces.

Responsibilities include project management, cross functional requirement gathering, analysis, software design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation support.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Work closely with business users, identify business needs and capitalizing on improvement opportunities.

Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.

Coordinate with vendors and global IS to deliver solution to business partners
Building and maintain relationship with key stakeholders.

Acting as a liaison between business and Global IS.

Participate solution support, design, development, testing, system integeration and implementation.

Writes and maintains technical documentations include user stories, as is/to-be process, requirements specification, logic, testing, changes, and user manuals.

Coordinates and provide UAT testing and training support in the region.
