The Archibus platform has tremendous flexibility and configurability which allows it to serve multiple vertical industries including Educational Institutes, Service Management, Facility Management, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and many more.

As a member of the product team, the Business Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional team members in the development and management of real estate and facility management solutions that we implement for key clients.

Responsibilities include assisting with continuous improvement and enhancement efforts, operational support activities, troubleshooting, special projects, and ongoing business support.

Working with global teams.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software delivery team, as well as business users, product owners and other stakeholders, will be part of your job.

You will need to act as a liaison between users, developers, testers, and implementation specialists.

The team is US centric and will require working with globally placed teams.

Overlap with US teams will be required on daily basis.

Mapping business requirements
An essential part of your role will involve documenting all business processes, requirements, functional data, and interface requirements to ensure zero gaps in planning and prioritizing the product features.

Alongside, you’ll prepare and review functional specifications, data mapping templates and test cases to ensure our products meet clients’ business requirements.
