Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze the data to drive business insights.
• Create data visualization for easy consumption of data by management
• Work on business problems using data analytics and suggest implementable solutions
• Use machine learning and statistical techniques to do predictive analytics.
• Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
• Identify and recommend new ways to save time by streamlining business processes.
• Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project
• Monitoring and providing feedback loop during execution of various initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong problem solving ability – The candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills and process orientation
• Proficient in Data analytics – The candidate should be proficient in SQL, R and Python. Should be highly proficient in Excel; Knowledge of machine learning algorithms is preferred.
• Highly Action Oriented – Myntra as a culture has a strong bias for action and speed of implementation. A data analyst will need to own projects from conceptualization to execution
• Orientation / past background in Data Engineering is preferred, not mandatory.
