Job Summary:-
Duties & Responsibilities
HR SYSTEMS : Manage all HRDM related activities on Workday for specific businesses / functions
Provide Tier 1 Support for Workday related queries
Coordinate with Tier 1.
5 and Tier 2 to resolve various queries
Oversee and maintain Core employee data on Workday
Support during various testing phases on Workday with regard to Absence management / Job change processes
Carry out system administration activities e.
g.
system/data checks fault-finding and resolution
Support others using systems e.
g.
Educating / Training and producing user guides.
Take action as directed by Manager HR Systems on HRMS requirements/activities.
Responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
This covers data such as absence, turnover, grades, and job evaluation/salary/bonus figures.
Ensure provisions of the Data Protection Act are followed.
Configuring data and creating, maintaining and updating report specifications / templates.
To maintain healthy employee relations and continually support users and various stakeholders on the use of HR Systems
EMPLOYEE LIFE CYCLE : Manage complete Employee Life Cycle activities specific businesses / functions
Regularly validate and audit employee files
Collate data for regular statistical reports on HR information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
Provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to employees and managers.
Submit monthly payroll inputs as per management instructions and employee requests.
Complete Employee Life Cycle Management from hire to retire.
Support on HR Systems (Workday) for business and HR processes
Leave Management: All India
Responsible for leave administration activities for India
Manage end to end leave processes through Workday for India.
(Including leave encashment).
Support on audit queries related to leave
Submission of actuary leave data : Leave financial value of ~INR 13 cr.
Calculation and submission of Leave Encashment data
Responsible for yearly carry forward leave activities
Act as an absence partner for all India on approval of leaves on Workday (LOA)
Regularly check and ensure that leave configurations are up to date
Support in Leave related testing activities on Workday
