As an Analyst at Nepa, you will lead reporting of client deliverables and be an integral part of our global tracking team.
Your key responsibility areas would be as follows:
Data cleaning
Data Processing
Data analysis and report generation
Adherence to project timelines and ensure high-quality output
Supporting functional team lead in internal administration and project work
Supporting Project Manager in advanced analysis and insights formulation
Your profile as our Analyst (Contract To Hire)
We are looking for a team player who is creative, able to work independently in a dynamic work environment, and should be comfortable working under pressure.
The detailed information on skill-sets and personal competencies is listed below:
Good command of oral and written English
Basic knowledge of SQL
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SPSS
Knowledge of automation/process improvement would be an advantage.
Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
Ensure ethical behavior and business practices
Proactive approach to problem-solving.

You have a bachelor’s degree in statistics/mathematics/engineering/computer applications.
A post-graduation in marketing would be an added advantage.
You have 1+ years of experience in the Market Research Industry as an Analyst would be an advantage.
